Decided to take a few days to get offline and sit with my thoughts a bit more. I traveled to wine country just outside of Verona here in northern italy for a 2 day stay at a luxury wine hotel called Tenuta Le Cave. Eating locally, exercising, enjoying the spa, and wine tastings felt like the perfect reset. This video was a bit longer than usual, but was still such a joy to make.
