The kids have been asking me to make Italian Wedding Soup for a while now, but I haven’t been able to until recently. It’s really delicious and easy to make. I hope that you will enjoy my video!
Ingredients:
1 pack of ground veal
1 pack of ground beef
2 beef boullion cubes
2 chicken boullion cubes
2 bunches of endive
2 eggs (scrambled)
salt and pepper taste
romano or parmesan cheese (optional)
