Bolognese 1 lb ground beef 1 lb ground pork 4 thick cut bacon diced 1 yellow onion diced 6 cloves garlic diced 1 carrot diced 1 celery diced 1 cup red wine 1 can whole san marzano tomatoes 3 tbsp tomato paste 3 bay leaves 2 tsp italian seasoning 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp msg salt to taste Sweat bacon down until crispy, Cook ground beef and pork until brown. Remove all the meat leaving only a tablesppon of fat. Turn to high, add onions, garlic, carrots, celery and wine, scraping the brown bits and cooking off the alcohol. Add tomato paste, bay leaves, italian seasoning, soy sauce and all the meat back to the pot. Bring toa boil and reduce to a simmer for 1 hour. Add to pasta or lasagna.#food #recipe #msg

Few tips, cook the meat for longer. You want more brown bits, there's a great recipe by the lads from Fallow. You can also be more generous on the wine reducing a whole bottle to a glaze. Just some tips, bon appetit
