Easy and simple Italian Carbonara
Carbonara
Ingredients:
Eggs
Pasta
pecorino(it’s a kind of cheese)
Pancetta Fumicata
Pepper
Preparation:
1. Boil water add enough salt for your taste then add pasta whatever pasta you choose is ok😘😘😘
Pasta al-dente,
2. In another pan stir fry the pancetta Fumicata(bacon) until it’s a little 🤎 🤎 🤎 color, you can see the oil don’t throw it, it adds flavor to the carbonara..
3. Beat eggs add pecorino in a bowl.
Remember:
before adding the pasta to the pan where you stir fry the pancetta (bacon) it should be hot but the fire is off
4 Add the pasta to the pan where you stir fry the pancetta,add in beaten eggs with pecorino…mix well…
add the stir fried pecorino on top…
