Murgo Etna Bianco (Sicily) This bright, expressive white comes from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, where mineral-rich soils and high elevation shape wines of remarkable energy and clarity. Made primarily from Carricante, it opens with fresh citrus, orchard fruit, and delicate floral notes, followed by vibrant acidity and a subtle saline edge. The palate is clean and refreshing, with layered minerality and a long, lifted finish, a pure reflection of Etnaโ€™s unique terroir and a natural pairing for seafood, grilled fish, and lighter Mediterranean dishes.

Saragat Monica di Sardegna DOC (Sardinia) An inviting expression of one of Sardiniaโ€™s classic native grapes, this Monica is juicy, approachable, and deeply food-friendly. Aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and wild berries lead into a medium-bodied palate with soft tannins, gentle spice, and a savory herbal note. Balanced and easy-drinking without being simple, itโ€™s an excellent match for pasta dishes, roasted meats, and everyday Italian cooking.

Clos Venturi 1769 Rouge (Corsica) This elegant red highlights Corsicaโ€™s distinctive sense of place through a blend of native varieties. Aromas of raspberry, red currant, and blackberry are layered with subtle spice and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the wine is supple and refined, with fresh fruit, silky tannins, and a long, harmonious finish. Expressive yet polished, it pairs beautifully with charcuterie, grilled meats, and rustic winter dishes.
