Pesto is delicious.
But my wife is from Peru, and they make a dish there called tallerin verde.
It's spaghetti with a basil, pesto type sauce, but with a latin tweak to it. It's delicious, and they serve it with milanesa (flattened, breaded chicken breast)
I think Peruvians should try real pesto, and Italians should try the Peruvian dish. They're gastronomic cousins and theyre both delicious, depending on what you're feeling like that day.

I make Italian Mexican pesto.
5 jalapenos.
5 Serrano chilies
2 red Chilean chillies
2 stalks of cilantro.
Real Parmesan cheese.
6 cloves garlic
Kosher salt.
Garlic salt.
You can put olive oil in there if you want to, or leave it the way it is and use it for salsa and on your pasta.🌵🔥🌵
