This recipe is low in saturated fat but full of flavour. This pasta dish is perfect for a quick mid-week dinner. To add a slight kick to the spaghetti puttanesca, add a pinch of Cooks’ Ingredients Organic Hot Chilli Flakes to the pan as you soften the garlic and anchovies.

2 tsp Cooks’ Ingredients Nonpareille Capers, drained
