Thanks for the vid. I didn’t know that story. I’ve come to appreciate Chianti more and more as an antidote to the big tannic red wines that end up giving me headaches. Sangiovese is the perfect balance between flavour, acidity and fruit. Is there anywhere it’s grown other than in Chianti (in Italy or internationally)?
