Trying Meghan Sussex’s One-Pan Pasta Recipe. I recently watched ‘With Love, Meghan’ on Netflix, the new lifestyle and cooking show by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. In this video, I’m recreating one of the simple yet delicious recipes she made on the show: a one-pot pasta dish that’s effortlessly flavourful and easy to veganise by using plant-based cheese. This single-skillet pasta is made with fresh ingredients like juicy vine tomatoes, garlic, leafy greens (chard, kale, and rocket), zesty lemon, and vegan cheese for a creamy, savoury finish. Everything cooks together in one pan, making it perfect for a quick, fuss-free meal. Plus, the addition of red chilli flakes and fresh basil adds a little extra something. If you love quick vegan recipes, one-pot meals, or want an honest review of this dish from ‘With Love, Meghan’, then this is the video for you.

I felt the love you added to your meal!
I've been looking for this from a non-hater channel, thank you!
Damn!! It really is that easy?!😮
In this week’s video, I’m trying the one-pot pasta recipe from ‘With Love, Meghan’. Have you watched the show yet?
Simple recipe cooked with love ❤
The red pepper flakes with the Basil is the perfection part.
There is a reason why pasta is cooked in previously salted boiling water.
An excellent, healthy dish. I will definitely try it. I am Italian and like to follow a simple diet for health reasons. The food we often see on TV is much too rich, Meghan's recipe is much appreciated by me
Looks lovely!
You are such a neat cook.
Thanks for posting your interpretation. I cooked the recipe yesterday and have a couple of suggestions that may be more truthful to Megan Markle's recipe. 1 You forgot to include feta cheese with the tomatoes. This is critical as it gives the wanted creaminess. I opted for plain goat cheese that has a more defined flavor and melts better than feta cheese. As of the greens (Swiss Chard), Meghan sliced the entire stems and roughly tore the leaves. She does not cut them like you suggested and this is simply for flavor and aesthetic reasons This is very important. I also lowered the temperature after removing the lid so that the creaminess slowly builds up. If the water evaporate to fast, you cannot achieve this Italian flavor of creaminess with adding diary.
I hope you enjoyed your version as much as I did mine. Regarding the bad publicity of her show, I found that she had much difficulty to take her mind of of acting and simply being herself.
Definately going to try it!
I'm following you because on reddit they said you're not a Meghan hater. Love the channel!❤
Really helpful thank you! I watched Megan's show and liked the recipe but liked your slower approach❤
I’m really happy to see someone have positive things to say. I am really tired of negativity. The dish looks delicious and I can’t wait to try it.
Hello and yes I would try this method of cooking pasta. I don't understand why people are judgemental with this method.
I made this pasta so delicious. Will be making it weekly.
I do want to try this method now! And I’m with you on the garlic 😍
I made the pasta dish, and it was delicious. I pre sauteed the garlic and added thyme, basil, oregano, and rosemary. I also added mushrooms and used a combo of homemade chicken broth and a can off the shelf. I cooked according to the directions, and it was a winner. Thank you for supporting Meghan and for the cooking details.
I feel like this could easily made vegan. Excited
Chicken broth is the ingredient that sets this recipe over the top! Adds extra flavor to the sauce.
The show is inspirational…..I would love to buy land and grow veggies ….but lol what about the animals getting into the food
no garlic for me so we have to add something else to add flavour like onion or chicken broth
This is one of my favorite recipes, the first one I got was inspired by the Martha Stewart one I believe. So many ways to change it up and so easy. I usually put pecorino cheese at the end.
Looks delicious. I will definitely try this.
Loved this dish! I sautéed shiitake mushrooms with chopped garlic and the tomatoes first and added fresh basil mixed in with the arrugala (or rocket) at the end. Fantastic!
you know yourself the dish is rubbish which is why you had the logic of browning the garlic first. You must agree that this dish has no depth in flavour.
Forever my Princess ❤️❤️❤️
I just got Netflix so I’ll have to watch it. I would definitely make that pasta dish! Simple, clean nutritious meals are right up my alley! And the fact that the recipe comes together so easily & quickly is an added bonus on a busy weekday. I would also sauté the garlic first for about a minute to give it a nice caramelized flavor.
Thank you for sharing this! You have such a lovely, calming voice. I look forward to watching more of your channel.
Looks very appetizing. I love the veggies so I'm definitely trying it. Thanks.❤
I love the show it’s adorable !!
Looks delicious! I loved the show. I tried the skillet pasta as well and forgot the garlic!
I thoroughly enjoyed With Love Meghan and am glad that we’ll get a second season. I’ve been wanting to try this pasta dish ever since I watched that episode, and you’ve inspired me to bump it to the top of my recipe list. I think I’ll add some roasted garlic cloves and a ton of vegan parm. I’m so happy to have discovered your channel. Thank you for sharing!
Doesn't everybody make this? Nothing new.
lol Megan stole thiis recipe off martha stewart, shes such a talentless fraud
Perfect ❤
I Loved her show and can’t wait until season 2🤎🤎
While this way of cooking that dish isn’t new to me (I use either liquid broth or add better than bouillon pate(veggie or chicken) and I add mushrooms to mine. Delish!
Thank you for trying her recipe! finally a channel that isn’t being negative and putting everything she does, say, or wears under a microscope.
They hate to see women of color in this space….. I haven’t seen any reviews from them hating on the non women of color in the same space.
It looks tasty 😋. The only thing I find odd is, putting it in a lunch box for a 3 year old. Sounds messy and could become unsafe if not stored correctly.
I support Meghan just like you. I think she is fantastic!
I make a similar dish. I use the same ingredients, not the kale or chard, however I use more garlic and I partially cook the pasta separately. Finally I add the sauce and veggies to the pasta. I add tubed basil, parsley and tomato paste (one squirt) and gently toss till aldenti. It gives it a cosmopolitan appeal. Also, no cheese, instead I provide a wedge of Parmesan and grater. Family, guests can help themselves, tutti a tavola.❤
Looks good!
I love Meghan’s show, but don’t eat pasta nor tomatoes; however the dish looked sooooo tasty!
To cut cherry tomatoes quick.y in half, just place on a plate then put another plate on top of the cherry tomatoes (the way you would normally stack plates in your cupboard). Then place your hand on top of the plate and cut between the two plates. My in-laws taught me this over a decade ago.
Thanks for posting. Love Meghan’s show!
Merci de ne pas être haineuse ! 🥰
