An Argentine chef who settled down in Korea with his love for Korean cuisine, Federico HEINZMANN is the executive chef at Park Hyatt Seoul.

He is a veteran chef with 20 years of work experience. Having started cooking at a small Italian restaurant in Argentina in 1998, he built his career at renowned restaurants, including a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Spain. His life in Korea began in 2012 as the chef de cuisine at Cornerstone at Park Hyatt Seoul. In 2017, he was appointed the executive chef.
