Mi scusi, dov’è il bagno/la spiaggia/il parcheggio/la stazione?: Excuse me, where is the toilet/the beach/the parking area/the station?
Il conto, per favore: The bill, please
Un biglietto per due persone: a ticket for two people
Qual è la password del wifi?: What is the wifi password?
A che ora parte il pullman, il treno, il traghetto?: At what time does the bus, the train, the ferry boat leave?
Grazie/Prego: Thank you/ You’re welcome
Arrivederci/A presto: Goodbye/See you soon
Permesso: Excuse me (when you ask people for some space as you are about to pass in between them)
Parla inglese/parli inglese?: do you speak English? (formal-informal)
Dov’è la stazione?: Where is the station?
Come si arriva al Colosseo?: How do you get to the Colosseum?
Aiuto: Help!
Mi sento molto male: I am feeling very bad
Una bottiglia d’acqua per favore: A bottle of water, please
Un gelato per favore. Quali gusti?: An ice cream please. Which flavors?
Gira a destra/sinistra/vai dritto: Turn to the right/to the left/go ahead
Fermi qui, per favore: Stop here, please (formal)
Posso fare delle foto?: May I take some pictures?
Mi fa uno sconto?: Can I have a discount?
Lo compro: I buy it
Nient’altro, grazie: Nothing else thank you
Dove si mangia bene?: Where do you eat some good food?
