Ingredients:

Meat Sauce (Add all Ingredients below together & simmer in a pot with Red Wine):
– 1 Pound Lean ground Beef/Pork/Veal (Minced)
– 3-4 Slices Pancetta/Bacon (Chopped)
– 2 Onions (Chopped)
– 2 Carrots (Chopped)
– 6 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
– 2 Chilis (Chopped)
– 2 Teaspoons Salt
– 2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
– 2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
– 1 Tablespoon Montreal Steak Spice
– 1 Tablespoon Dried Chili Flakes
– 4-5 Tablespoons Worcester Sauce
– 1 Can Tomato Paste
– 1/2 Cup Red Wine
– 1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
– 3 Bay Leaves
– 2-3 Teaspoons Olive Oil
– 1/4 Cup Milk
– 2 Teaspoons Dried Dill (Add in Last)

Other Ingredients:
– 1 Package Commercial Pasta (Boil for 10-11 mins, & finish cooking in Meat Sauce)

Garnishings:
– Italian Parsley (Chopped)
– Parmigiano- Reggiano Cheese (Grated)
