Ingredients:
– 1/2 lb ground chuck
– 1/2 lb ground pork
– 1/2 cup whole milk
– 1/3 cup whole milk ricotta
– 1/2 cup pecorino romano
– 1/3 homemade bread crumbs
– 1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
– 1 tablespoons fresh basil
– Zest of lemon
– 1 egg
– 3 slices of white bread, without crust
– 1/2 onion chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Recipe:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Sauté onion until soft and translucent
Add garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute)
Combine remaining ingredients and mix by hand
Roll into medium sized meatballs
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place meatballs
Bake 20 minutes in preheated oven
Add to sauce and cook for 1 hour on low
