I’ve gotten a lot of requests to start sharing my recipes, both for cutting and bulking, I gotchu!
Italian Pasta Salad

Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese Chunk – 1/2 a box

Note: I only create recipes that are affordable, easy to access (available in chain grocery stores) and are simple to make because I’m cheap, believe *everyone* should have access to ingredients that fit their health/fitness goals, and am personally too lazy/bad of a cook for hard recipes.
I also hate how people go on and on before getting to the instructions or macros of a recipe, so here is my written promise to never do that.
