Cooking outside in an outdoor kitchen is such a nice way to get variety not only in your routine environment but also to get variety in the foods you can prepare. This kitchen was a dream of mine for some time and finally came to be around 5 years ago. Everyone in the south of Italy has an outside cooking area of some type. It’s where the messy dishes are prepared.
