Last week while talking to our family in Italy, Nori sent us a picture of this baked Norma-like pasta just out of the oven…we started salivating immediately and told ourselves “this is the next video”.
This recipe comes straight from her and it’s always a feast when she decides to cook it for us, eating it here in Brooklyn brought the taste of home into our mouths and souls !!
