2 table spoon refined flour (Maida)
300 ml milk
1 table spoon Oregano
1 table spoon Chilly flakes
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
1 table spoon salt
For prepare the Pasta:-
200 gm pasta
4 table spoon Olive oil
2 table spoon garlic
1 table spoon Ginger
1 cup onion
1 cup green capsicum
Half cup Yellow bell pepper
Half cup red bell pepper
1cup carrots
1cup mozzarella cheese
For garnish Oregano and chilly flakes
