Chicken Sausage Alfredo
INGREDIENTS
(350 grams) chicken sausage, cubed
1 tablespoons butter
½ cup fresh cream
1cup Milk
1 tablespoon pepper
16 ounces (450 grams) spaghetti, cooked
1tablespoon parsley chopped
1/2cup parmesan, shredded
5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
salt to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the pasta as per the package instructions
In a pan add 3 tablespoons oil and cook the sausages until they turn golden brown on each side.
and transfer it to a bowl
In to the same pan add 1 tablespoon of butter and garlic cloves. Cook the garlic until nice aroma comes out do not brown it.
Now add the milk, fresh cream, cheese salt and pepper powder.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and then add the pasta and sausage.
Garnish the pasta with some chopped parsley.
