Making a spooky Skull Pizza for Halloween! 💀🍕

This homemade Halloween pizza is made completely from scratch, with fresh mozzarella, homemade marinara sauce and adorable skull-shaped mushroom toppings. 🍕 Homemade Pizza Dough (500 g flour)

– 500 g all-purpose flour
– 325–330 ml lukewarm water
– 5 g instant yeast
– 10 g salt
– 5 g sugar
– 20 ml olive oil

For the toppings:

– Homemade marinara sauce
– Fresh mozzarella cheese
– Mushrooms (cut into skull shapes)
– Oregano
– Chilli flakes

How to make it:

Mix the lukewarm water, yeast and sugar. Add flour and combine. Add salt and olive oil, then knead for 8–10 minutes until you get a smooth, elastic dough.

Cover and let it rise for 1–2 hours or until doubled in size.

Prepare your pizza base, spread a layer of homemade marinara sauce, add fresh mozzarella, oregano and chilli flakes. Arrange your skull-shaped mushroom toppings.

Bake in a preheated oven at 240–250°C until the crust is golden, the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the mushrooms are cooked (approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on your oven).
