New restaurant openings

Puesto

A new Mexican restaurant called Puesto opened its first Tennessee spot at Nashville Yards this October.

Puesto is a family-owned eatery known for fresh Mexico City flavors, handmade blue corn tortillas and its signature margaritas. The Nashville location will be Puestoโ€™s first outside California, brought to town by brothers Alex, Eric and Alan Adler with cousins Isidoro and Moy Lombrozo.

Puesto Nashville can seat up to 380 people in a lively dining space, with booths, family tables, an outdoor patio and a spacious bar. The menu features shareable starters, handmade tacos with organic masa, classic Mexican dishes and special desserts, plus a bar program based on quality tequilas, margaritas and creative non-alcoholic drinks.

Lupo Notte

Nestled away in Green Hills is a new restaurant serving up Italian classics with a cozy vibe.

Lupo Notte opened in September and offers handmade pasta and neapolitan-style pizza made with a blistered crust. The restaurant is also known for its cocktail menu inspired by Italian aperitivo traditions and welcomes guests late into the night in its warm, dimly-lit space.

The new eatery brings an inviting Italian experience to Green Hills.

Bar Cala Cala

Looking for something new to check out in East Nashville?

A stylish Italian Hi-Fi bar and restaurant opened there in October, bringing a mix of natural wine, cocktails and small plates to the area. Guests can listen to music on vinyl at this spot, which is also known for its late night disco and high ratings for its food and overall vibe.

If you are a fan of Italian food, great music and a lively atmosphere, this new spot is adding a fresh twist to the East Nashville scene.

Tacos El Terry

Something flavorful has landed right in the heart of downtown.

Tacos El Terry is now serving up made-to-order tacos with fresh handmade tortillas, plus quesadillas, ice-cold cervezas, margaritas and palomas. The eatery opened its doors Oct. 22 and brings new options to Broadway.

Thereโ€™s even more on the way as a sing bar is set to debut soon just above Tacos El Terry, giving the late-night crowd a cozy new spot to enjoy cocktails. Downtown diners now have another destination for authentic bites and late-night drinks.

Naked Farmer (Gulch)

Naked Farmer has landed in The Gulch, bringing its second location to Music City.

Opening in September, the restaurant offers a farm-to-table approach, serving meals made from scratch with ingredients sourced straight from small and medium farms in Tennessee and surrounding states.

The restaurant offers options for anyone looking for a quick lunch, post-workout meal or sit-down dinner.

Seasonal offerings

North Italia

North Italia rolled out its new seasonal menu Oct. 14, bringing fresh takes on classic Italian comfort food just in time for cooler weather and game days. Diners can look forward to dishes like the Fusili Al Telefono, Tripoline Alfredo and a new Double Pepperoni pizza, along with creative brunch options and fall-inspired salads.

The new Burrata di Stagione stood out for its blend of fuji apple, roasted butternut squash, hazelnut, herb breadcrumb and calabrian agrodolce, making it a must-try starter. It’s like nothing I’ve ever tried before. I recommend adding a side of bread for the spread.

Guests can also check out seasonal drinks, plus sweet endings like the Wake Up Call and Hazelnut Torta. The seasonal offerings available until spring of 2027.
