  1. Totally agree, you cannot beat the perfect balance of the sweet mascarpone cream, the coffee soaked ladyfingers, and the ground, bitter cocoa powder on top. Incomparable, unmatched

(When i make tiramisu, i save some of the coffee for the fingers and i incorporate it into the cream, and let me tell you, Vincenzo, it was divine, delicious, bellissimo 🤌)

It is my favorite, but I'm not sure if tiramisu is the greatest dessert ever on the face of God's green earth, but i know for a fact that it's the greatest 🇮🇹 dessert ever, anyone who disagrees with even this, you either have never tried good tiramisu, or you high asf

  2. Profiteroles are GOD-tier, but like you said quality ones are hard to find. But you can eat them in one bite because they are soft as a pillow

  3. Just made a tiramisu on Saturday.

The best way to use a commercial panettone is for French toast. It soaks up the egg mixture better than bread.

  4. I agree with 90%. I would change Pana Cotta with the cannoli. I've never had it freshly made right before eating. Nothing beats my italian buddies nonnas Tiramisu. Not those with almost only whipped cream BS and nesquik on top. With proper fresh mascarpone. I am willing to

  5. So consiegieli is a made man or not ? He is higher than soldiers yet can be not Italian ? I'm curious

  6. Panna cotta my first choice but only if it’s ai frutti di bosco. If available only with other fruits I’m going for Tiramisu, obviously.

  7. Tiramisu, like most of the godtier pasta dishes, is not only tasty to the maximum, it is also absolutely simple and fast to make, almost dangerously so. Perfection, indeed.

  8. It's got to be Tiramisu, no cannoli, no wait, cantucci, no, it's panna co… oh heck, sfogliatella, ooooo… can't I just have them all? Please, just for Patrizia, I promise not to eat all of them at once!

  9. It may not be S tier and I don't know if it is Italian or Italian-American, but an affogato is very tasty and hits the spot

  10. "leave the gun, take the cannoli" Sfogliatelle Napoletana for me please, because, well made, it's a work of textural art

  11. Hello Vincenzo, first a thank you for the Video. I count the Panna Cotta higher than then the Tiramizu. It was in the different way as I was younger but now I prefer the clearness and structur of a perfect Panna Cotta higher than the creamy soft of the Tiramizu. But it is a personal kind of taste. I can understand everyone who likes Tiramizu more. I did never undersoud the hype about Profiteroles. Maybe I did not tried a pefrect one. I beg pardon 🙂 Greetings and a nice evening to you and your family.

  12. I didn’t like cannolo… 😕 And I wouldn’t put tiramisu in S-tier.😱

  13. I'm not sure you have tried Pellegrini's Espresso Bar from Melbourne? Known for old school from italian immigrant and starter of Melbourne coffee culture. They have tiramasu served with whipped cream. Also have berry tarte pie, apple strudel and chocolate cake. Unsure they're part of italian or australian desert?

  14. Buonasera Vincenzo.
    Come stai amico mio?

Nameremma cane ora mia bocca si riempia di acqua.
    Dolci molte deliziosi.

    Panna Cotta.
    Tiramisù.
    Torta della Nonna.
    Profitte Rol.
Che buone. Che meraviglia. Che favolose. Che gioia.

    Grazie di Cuore amico mio.
Spero che avrai una buona Settimana.
    Stammi bene. 🤙🏼🙂🤙🏼❤️

  15. Vincenzo, we are getting close to Christmas, sounds like a great time for a ranking for Panettoni! Commercial ones though! You might be amazed but in Central and South America it is eaten a lot, in my local market last year there were some 10 brands!

  16. So, should we not call gelato a dessert?? 😅😅 Have you watched the chef's table desserts season? There is one about Italy, Sicily, Cafè Sicilia was the name? Great episode, so definitely would want to try the almond granita!

  17. Cantucci in vinsanto for me is S level, but only when fresh and well done, Tiramisu is also hit and miss, some are S tear others belong in the trash, it needs the perfect balance between coffee and Marsala and really high quality Savoiardi. Last but not least my mom did perfect Profiteroles, and being from Argentina, filled with Dulce de Leche, to die for.

  18. My aunt and her mother who were Sicilian made the best cassata I’ve ever had. Wasn’t pretty like the one you showed but probably the best Italian pastry I’ve ever had. Hardly any bakeries make it anymore and the one I’ve found have been terrible. Give me a good Sfogliatella any day S tier

  19. Cantucci con vin santo is one of my favorite italian desserts. C is just blasphemous 😂

  20. Hey Vincenzo, which type of tiramisu is the authentic one, the one that comes as a cake on a plate or the one that comes in a glass bowl?

  21. Yes, I agree. I’m not a sweet person but I love a good ricotta cannoli and profiteroles oh my god I can eat six of them if they’re made exactly the right way 😋😋😋

  22. Seems the Sopranos were all in for S-Tier. Only thing missing is the Napoleons 🙂
