Arrancate (come dici ad inizio video) ed areganate (come da titolo) dovrebbero avere due significati differenti. In calabrese (le facciamo anche in calabria le alici in questo modo). Arrancate (dal verbo arrancare) può voler dire "lanciate" o "che non arrivano a fine mese". Areganate invece son solitamente quelle preparazioni che prevedono l'uso del pangrattato con delle erbe e spezie. Come nel caso di queste alici. Non so se in Campania o in Puglia le chiamino "arrancate", mi chiedevo se uno dei due termini fosse un errore. Comunque come le si chiamino, so' bone uguali.
