I always love how people with money think every idea is worth doing because it's unique. You can be a nudist and you can be a Buddhist but you can't be a nudist buddhist. It's just too much for people to wrap their around. How many Indian/Italians are there in a given metro area? Not a lot and the ones that are there aren't going to give up their food styles to this "fusion" stuff.

First in the world? 😅 Zante Pizza & Indian Cuisine found it in the 80s started this trend. Heck I used to live next-door to Golden Gate pizza in Indian food out in the sunset and they were started in the mid 90s.
