INGREDIENTS:

13.8 oz tube refrigerated pizza crust8 pieces string cheesePepperoni slices1 tsp garlic salt1 tbsp butter, melted½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce, divided+ optional pizza toppings as desired

STEPS:

Preheat the oven to 450°F.Roll the pizza crust out onto a cutting board and cut it into 8 rectangular pieces.Spread a small amount of pizza sauce or marinara sauce onto each rectangle, leaving a little room around the edges.Add 3 to 4 pepperoni slices to each piece of dough, then place one piece of string cheese on top. If needed, trim the string cheese slightly so it fits inside the dough.Tuck the ends of the dough over the cheese first, then roll the dough over the cheese, making sure the filling is enclosed.Place the pizza dippers seam-side down on a baking sheet.Brush each dipper with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic salt.Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.Serve hot with the remaining pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping.
