The business will open its second new establishment in part of a former Hobby Lobby location in King of Prussia. A Raising Cane’s Chicken is also in the works.
The grocer’s new King of Prussia location on 320 W. DeKalb Pike will establish it as a significant competitor to nearby Wegmans, Eataly, Trader Joe’s, and Giant.

In addition to the King of Prussia location, Uncle Guiseppe’s is also opening up at East Gate Square, 1311 Nixon Drive, in Moorestown, New Jersey.
“King of Prussia and Moorestown are two markets we’ve been looking at for some time,” said Carl DelPrete, CEO and co-founder of Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace, in a statement shared with Mass Market Retailers. “As we grow, we’re selective about where we go. We look for communities where our commitment to fresh, quality food and exceptional service will resonate, and we’re excited to bring the Uncle Giuseppe’s experience to both locations.”
A signature element of the Uncle Giuseppe’s experience is food preparation conducted in full view of customers. They include mozzarella making, pasta production, baking, and custom-cut meats.
