The Italian recipe that’s driving the world crazy! ๐ฎ๐น๐ฅ
Today we’re making Osso Bucco, the classic Italian slow-cooked beef dish that’s all about tender meat, rich tomato sauce and incredible flavour.
This is the ultimate one-pot comfort food. We brown the beef, build a rich sauce with tomatoes, red wine, vegetables, garlic and herbs, then let the oven do the hard work for about 2ยฝ hours.
And the best part? When you lift that lid, the meat is fall-apart tender and the sauce is packed with flavour.
We finish it with a fresh gremolata made from parsley, lemon zest and garlic. That little hit of freshness cuts through the richness perfectly.
Serve it with mashed potato, creamy polenta, pasta or crusty bread to soak up that sauce.
This is proper old-school cooking. Simple ingredients, one pot and a little patience. โค๏ธ
