No Regrets Pizza Co. is preparing to open its second location next month, according to a report from Bethesda Today.
The new restaurant will be located at 4925 Fairmont Avenue in the Woodmont Triangle neighborhood in Bethesda on the ground floor of The Sophia apartment building. It will open next to Paris Baguette and near restaurants including ala, Bistro Provence and Medium Rare.
Founder Richard Weiner told Bethesda Today that construction on the new restaurant is approximately 50% complete. Once construction is finished, the space will need to pass several Montgomery County inspections before opening.
No Regrets Pizza opened its original location at Harwood Flats in North Bethesda in May 2024. The locally owned restaurant specializes in Roman, Neapolitan and New York-style pizzas, along with Italian street sandwiches, homemade pasta dishes, craft cocktails and locally produced beers.
The restaurant’s Roman-style pizza features a rectangular shape and a light, crispy crust produced through a 72-hour cold fermentation process.
In addition to opening a second location, No Regrets previously announced plans to expand its original restaurant by taking over vacant space directly behind its existing location at Harwood Flats.
That expansion is intended to improve kitchen operations by relocating dishwashing and preparation stations, installing a dedicated pizza oven for takeout orders and adding a separate takeout entrance accessible from Huff Court.
