  3. This is a superb chicken salad. I can also imagine it served on top of thin speghetti tossed in heated oil and garlic and a few anchovy filets for flavor along with hot pepper flakes. Thank you Bobby Deen for this one!

I always thought pesto was Spanish…Bobby said 'pesto' is Italian…so before I spouted off, 'No it's not', I looked it up: 'Pesto is a vibrant, uncooked green sauce originating from Genoa, Italy. Traditional pesto alla Genovese is made by crushing fresh basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, coarse salt, European hard cheese like Parmesan or Pecorino, and extra-virgin olive oil'.
