  5. ๐Ÿซ Kinder Bueno Cookies
    Makes: 8โ€“10 cookies
    Prep: 15 mins
    Bake: 10โ€“12 mins
    Ingredients
    115g unsalted butter, softened
    100g light brown sugar
    50g caster sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    180g plain flour
    ยฝ tsp baking soda
    ยผ tsp salt
    100g chocolate chips
    4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
8โ€“10 small pieces of Kinder chocolate or Bueno for the centres
    Method
Heat the oven to 180ยฐC (160ยฐC fan) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Beat the butter, brown sugar and caster sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Mix in the egg and vanilla.
Add the flour, baking soda and salt, mixing until a cookie dough forms.
Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped Kinder Bueno.
Divide the dough into 8โ€“10 balls. Flatten each one slightly, put a piece of Kinder chocolate/Bueno in the middle, then wrap the dough around it so the chocolate is completely covered.
Place on the tray with plenty of space between them.
Bake for 10โ€“12 minutes. They should look slightly underbaked in the middle when they come out.
Leave them on the tray for 10 minutes to firm up.
For extra Kinder goodness, drizzle melted Kinder chocolate over the top once they've cooled slightly.
Tip: For really thick, bakery-style cookies, chill the dough balls in the fridge for 30 minutes before baking.
