Dr. Steven Gundry almost never tells his patients they can eat as much as they want of anything. But there are a handful of foods he makes an exception for — foods so friendly to your gut buddies that you can pile them high without worrying you’re undoing all your progress.
In this episode, he reveals five foods (and food groups) you can eat generously, plus the surprising science that explains why they leave you satisfied instead of stuffed.
Questions you’ll have answered:
– Which overlooked grocery store snack gives you the crunch you’re really craving — for almost nothing?
– What strange noodle do human trials link to more weight loss and greater fullness — as long as you prepare it the one right way?
– What mistake do almost all people make with these noodles that ruins them completely?
– Why did a 14-day water fast study in China turn everything we thought we knew about hunger upside down?
– Which everyday mushrooms should you never eat raw — and what simple step makes them safe?
– What Italian salad secret hiding in your produce aisle feeds your gut buddies better than almost anything?
– Here’s the twist that changes everything: the goal of these foods isn’t to make YOU feel full. It’s to make your gut buddies full. Do that, and they’ll tell your brain the hunger is over.

You are a scammer!
LIMIT SHIRITAKI TO ONE SERVING, NOT ONE PACKAGE OF NOODLES until you know how it will affect you. I do not have a sensitive tummy, but it gives me cramping and D if I eat more than 1 serving at a time. They are great in moderation.
what about oxalates?
How long do you recommend you sautee mushrooms for? I mix them in when I scramble my eggs on the stovetop.
Great info .😊

Celery is for losers! It’s well know by non losers
But I thought that water 💦 (celery) reduces your electrolytes.
I've certainly got no problem with as much salary as I want.
Are you even aware of too much oxalates and the consequences
I took konjac and was dangerous for intestinal obstruction. Konjac is a double-edged sword
What about oxalates in celery?
thanks for the clarification about the mushrooms – that they're basically the same and that cooking them is necessary.
Good info
It’s quite entertaining at 0.25 speed. 😂
What about Avocados? I remember you saying awhile ago you can eat as much as you want.
What do you think of aged garlic? Lots of advertising on facebook.
