

Been making sourdough bread for years and I just started making my own pizzas with my starter. I love a burrata pie. Has a light dusting of pecorino romano and fresh basil from the garden. Cooked on a pizza steel at 550ยฐC. Wish I could've gotten the burrata on there a little more elegantly but it's surprisingly tough and wet to work with. I really love Ken's Artisan Pizza burrata pie and that was an inspiration.
