One of the best pasta sauces I’ve ever had was a vodka sauce. I am wary of food trends, but it made me a believer in vodka sauce. Now honey on my Italian food…haven’t had that where I enjoyed it yet.
I like that you used the word sauce and not gravy. In New York City, we call it sauce, but when I lived in Atlantic City, NJ, a lot of the South Philadelpians, called it gravy.
