  1. i do a much less fancy beetroot salad as iโ€™m a picky eater. I use diced beetroot, chopped up spinach, australian full fat fetta, chopped walnuts, raisins and i dress with a bit of honey.
    beetroot lowers blood pressure so if u have high blood pressure this is a really good salad, but if u have low blood pressure like me, be careful.

  2. Can you please explain how you prepare the French green lentils – are they cooked from dried state or are they from a tin & just rinsed before adding to the salad?
