I really admire him, however,. Sadly I know some of his past chefs/staff who lost everything by working for him. It’s a tough journey! 😢that’s the truth!Cooking / food/ restaurants are not easy! Others make it look 😎 cool,great easy. But it’s a dog eat dog world! . I truly hope it all goes well for the chefs and staff! . ❤. They always put their faith in the leadership! 🎉.
