Don't call him Indian. He grew up in Scarborough, that does not qualify him to be the mascot for Indian spice tolerance XD! Spice tolerance is not something genetic, it is conditioned in with years of desensitisation with exposure to high spice level food. Spice feeling is just your pain receptors registering the sensation of "Burning from fire" and it is just "Pain" and like with pain, you can develop tolerance for it, only with exposure to pain. He lived in England and grew up eating the blandest cuisine in the entire world where they don't even put salt or pepper while cooking, it is added as per taste while eating at the table.
I really love the buldak noodle texture, but man it kills me.

There's no spice in it, and the chili sauce is for SEASONING. You can eat as much as you can and you won't getting hot.
I’m from Denmark and could eat the last one – it’s hot and spicy like u said but compared to culture u are kinda weak both to chili 😂

The Indian chef is a whitewashed Indian guy not even from the part of India that eats the most spicy food. Invite an Indian from India, you can specifically invite someone from north east India. We eat some of the spiciest chillies in the world like ghost chilli.
Been eating Buldak in different variations and the black one is my favorite. The 2x one is a bit too spicy for pure enjoyment in my opinion.
That said, a lot comes down to preparation. From the video it looks like there’s barely any water used 🤔 Less dilution usually means the sauce isn’t distributed as evenly, which can make it feel way hotter per bite.
I also enjoy Indian food, especially Vindaloo, which can be extremely spicy depending on the restaurant.
Scoville Heat Units (SHU) can be a bit misleading in comparisons like this. Tabasco is around 2,500–5,000 SHU, which feels pretty mild to me. Habaneros are roughly 100,000–300,000 SHU.
So how can Buldak feel so intense at ~4,000–10,000 SHU? It mostly comes down to how much you actually consume and how the capsaicin is delivered. You’re eating a full bowl where the sauce coats your entire mouth over time, rather than a few drops of hot sauce. That sustained exposure can feel much hotter than the raw SHU number suggests.

Dude isn't even type to do well with spice, i think if they go for normal indians, i think those who eats spicy foods in india, wouldn't even feel anything when eating korean or chinese foods, as it doesn't even feel spicy enough for us😅

I bought a 4 pack of Buldak spicy and ate one and sweated my ass off…ended up giving the rest away 😂
I live in switzerland, not known for spicy food and Buldak is NOT THAT spicy … there are for sure better options out there.

The capsaicin in the chili doesn't affect the taste buds. The capsaicin triggers the same receptors that react to scolding hot water. Your tastebuds are totally safe and unharmed.
those Buldak 2x are nice with some Mr Naga and a couple of bullet chillies.
I bet the Buldak X2 is what you get 3 times a day in hell 🤯🤣 maybe a good idea to serve only this to serial killers etc. instead of giving them the lethal injection this is waaaaay more effective to let them suffer like they made their victims suffer! Little tip to countries still using the death penalty: serve this 3 times a day until they destroy their bodies from the inside out 🤷♀️😏 Like Shisha described Buldak X2 “Extremely painful, Not Needed, Senseless & Wrong” so are their horrendous crimes so feels like fitting sentencing 😮😮
