I found this adorable Mickey Mouse-shaped pasta at Costco and turned it into a creamy, cheesy pasta bake for my 3-year-old! Made with bacon, ground beef, mushrooms, and lots of cheese, this easy family dinner is perfect for busy weeknights.

📌 Ingredients

* 12 oz (340g) Mickey Mouse pasta
* 4 slices bacon, diced
* 1 lb (450g) ground beef
* 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tbsp butter
* 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 cup whole milk
* 1 tsp chicken powder
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 2 slices of cheddar
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
* ¼ cup breadcrumbs

📌 Instructions

1. Cook the Mickey Mouse pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until lightly crispy.
3. Add garlic and mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
5. Stir in butter and flour. Cook for 1 minute.
6. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring continuously.
7. Season with chicken powder and black pepper.
8. Add the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
9. Add the cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated.
10. Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish.
11. Top with additional mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs.
12. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
