My first night in Italy, absolutely loved this restaurant, the food, the staff and the wine was so good! Thanks to the course I did at Plumpton Wine School recently I knew immediately what to pair it all with! Not pictured: diavola pizza 🍕
This Chardonnay was so crisp, light, perfect. The 37 degree heat, a stunning burrata & tomato salad followed by a diavola 🍕
Can’t wait to go back tomorrow 🇮🇹 gosh I truly love being alive 💚🤍❤️
