Ingredients

Instructions

1. Prepare the sauce:
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add tomatoes, seasonings, and basil. Simmer for 30–45 minutes until rich and flavorful.
2. Bread the chicken:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
