Toppings: 60g San Marzano tomatoes, 80g Buffalo Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, EVOO.
Bake: 450°C (850°F) for 90 seconds.

🇺🇸 NYC STYLE:
Dough: 200g Bread flour, 120ml water, 5g sugar, 5g salt, 3g yeast, 10ml Olive oil.
Toppings: 80g Herb-spiced tomato sauce, 120g shredded Mozzarella, Pepperoni slices.
Bake: 275°C (525°F) for 8-10 minutes.
