In this video, I visited 3 restaurants in Manila that created unique Filipino fusion dishes inspired by different countries.

I wanted to see what happens when Filipino Food meet cuisines from around the world! Honestly, some combinations sounded strange at first, but a few of them completely surprised me!

I love how you appreciate the food even if it's not your type. 😄👍 could the filling in the lumpiang shanghai in the first restaurant which you said tasted fermented maybe tofu cause there are vegetable lumpias which use tofu as meat extender.👍👍👍
I dont think there is dinakdakan pizza. But you can try sisig pizza. You can go to Neo pizzeria and try their "Sisig Fiore" The resraurant is in Maginhawa, QC.

when you are eating at Mesa you should try all their foods , they have the same caliber as Manam or even better depends on your taste feels bad that you only try their sinigang

Hi Seohee! I love your vids and love how you’ve indulged into Filipino culture/ the language & phrases! I’m always surprised whenever you use fil slang and etc. One thing I would like to share with respect is when saying sabaw, try practice saying “sa-bao/ sa-bow” just like pork xia long ‘bao’ or ‘bow’ing to your master to compress the word instead of it sounding like “sa-ba-ouh”. Nothing major, but thought I could help😄🫶🏻
