Welcome back to our Wednesday compilation video. In this episode, we will be focusing on one pasta shape, an iconic one: orecchiette from puglia. We will travel through villages and homes of rural puglia and discover the variations from village to village. Enjoy and do let us know how you like to dress your orecchiette!

Love this! Best video yet!
I truly enjoy the compilation, I can choose a recipe and make it Wednesday evening.
I think one of my favourite thing about pasta granny's is seeing how delighted these granny's are to see their work and the years they spent learning the craft valued and recognized. Even if they don't outwardly show it, you can just tell it means a lot to them. I'm happy to think that they also get joy out of these videos, just like we do as viewers 🙂
Vicky, you have the best job in the world!! Thank you for this compilation. Such lovely ladies and wonderful food for sharing.
Thanks Vicky to all the Nonnas and their orecchiete🙏💖🥰😋😋😋😋🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
Orecchiette is not easy to make and you lovely ladies are masters! I learned some new sauces to make. Grazie mille!!
I did like the grouping thank you
❤❤❤❤
I committed recently to making a pasta recipe with fresh orecchiette – I need to produce it for a family meal this weekend – so the timing of this episode is extremely timely! Nothing better than learning from the marvellous nonnas.
My absolute favorite part of watching these grannies make pasta (all my original Italian relatives are long gone) is how they can crank out these delicate yet uniformly shaped pastas so easily. Shaping technique is everything and their mastery is what I’m so impressed by.
what is the difference between "Grazia" and "Grazie"?
Store bought stick together like you are stringing necklace together…If you can get homemade they don’t stick together like that. Prefer different pasta
