hey guys, there's so many mixed reviews here on a pizza steel vs screen and i believe 80% of it boils down to technique.

I do not have a pizza steel YET, however i have ordered a pizza screen to make a huge 20' ny style pizza.

I heard about guys finishing the pizza on a pizza steel, but since i do not have one, should i just use my baking tray for that ?

    I have turned a heavy sheet pan over and used the bottom to cook pizza. It worked okay. Steel>stone>pan
