Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread. Recipe ↓

■ INGREDIENTS:
Chicken:
• chicken breast – 1 lb (450 g)
• olive oil – 1 tbsp
• salt & black pepper – to taste
• garlic powder – ½ tsp
• italian seasoning – ½ tsp

Alfredo sauce:
• butter – 2 tbsp
• garlic – 3 cloves, minced
• heavy cream – 1 cup (240 ml)
• parmesan – ¾ cup, finely grated (60 g)
• black pepper – to taste
• salt – to taste

Garlic bread base:
• baguette or ciabatta – 1 large
• butter – 3 tbsp, softened
• garlic – 2 cloves, grated
• mozzarella – 1½ cups, shredded (150 g)
• parsley – optional, for finish

Quick homemade ranch:
• mayonnaise – ½ cup (120 g)
• sour cream or greek yogurt – ¼ cup (60 g)
• milk or buttermilk – 2–3 tbsp (30–45 ml)
• garlic – 1 small clove, finely grated
• lemon juice or white vinegar – 1 tsp
• dried dill – ½ tsp (or 1 tbsp fresh)
• dried parsley – ½ tsp (or 1 tbsp fresh)
• onion powder – ¼ tsp
• salt – ¼ tsp
• black pepper – to taste

■ HOW TO COOK:
1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and italian seasoning. Pan-fry in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

2. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in cream, simmer gently 3-4 minutes. Stir in parmesan until smooth and thick. Season to taste.

3. Mix softened butter with grated garlic (parsley optional). Slice bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter evenly (optionally, you can bake it in the oven (400°F (200°C)) for 10 minutes before adding all the layers).

4. On each bread half, layer in this order: garlic butter base – alfredo sauce – mozzarella – chicken pieces – another spoon of alfredo on top.

5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 13-15 minutes, until cheese melts and edges turn golden. Optional: broil 1-2 minutes for color.

6. Sprinkle with parsley.

7. Drizzle with ranch or serve it on the side for dipping.
