Figured out is a big word. I found this community, and suddenly had the urge to make my own pizza’s.

I’ve made pizza’s 3 times in the past 7 days (whoops). And it’s definetly getting better!

Dough was made according to PizzaApp+ proportions.

First 2 times was a margherita. Third time i added some onion and chorizo!

Unfortunatly i dont have a fancy pizza oven. I picked up a steel pizza plate and these were made in my kitchen oven, which goes up to 250c.

So far, loving the process.

The main thing i need to figure out how to resolve is my toppings drying out (especially with the margherita). I assume this is because my oven is not hot enough, and therefore the pizza has to stay in for so long that the toppings dry out.

Lots more to learn! Please overlords, share your knowledge! I’m here to absorb!
