So I got volunteered to make pizzas for a 3 day event. And I know my pizzas suck, but the 5 people who have tried it say its delicious. Honest review, id give them 3.5/5 stars.

I usually make my pizzas in a Piezano, and i make my own pizza dough.

My question is how can i make my pizzas look more appetizing? And two, is there any dough recipes you guys recommend?

Im also wondering if i need to find a specific recipe that works for that specific indoor pizza oven or what?

Not enough sauce and your cheese looks like the cheap stuff, also your pizza is too close to the fire

Better question is, how long does it take to cook 1 pie in that contraption?

    100 pizza’s a day is a LOT for an amateur/home setup.

You need to focus on how you will make 100 pizzas a day for 3 days. Don’t even think about switching dough recipes, stick with what you know at this point. Good luck!

Good luck, man. I’d back out if you can. This is going to go very very poorly for you. 100 pies…the logistics alone. And if that’s the result after one pie? A few? Like I said, good luck.

Yeah it might be kinda scary to change recipes depending on how soon. Roberta’s has a fire recipe on the nyt tho. I agree with the cheese too! I’d definitely recommend getting some block cheese and shredding it. Get yourself a KitchenAid attachment for sure for sure for that amount of volume. Aldi’s has really good black cheese for the low and I hear Trader Joe’s has pretty good cheese too pick your poison or make a blend. Get fancy with it too add some Parmesan get a couple blocks. I do one block per two or three blocks of mozzarella.
