Today we’re making one of the most important basics of Italian cooking: fresh egg pasta made at home.

With just 3 eggs and 300g of flour, you can create a perfect pasta dough using a simple traditional rule:
👉 1 egg for every 100g of flour.

In this video I show you step by step how to make pasta dough by hand and with the Imperia pasta machine, just like in real Italian kitchens.

You’ll also see how to prepare:
👉 Lasagna sheets (perfect for lasagna alla bolognese)
👉 Tagliatelle (ideal for many sauces)
