
My Friend Rodney, has since moved his restaurant from SF to Edinburgh in Scotland. I made thousands of these scrumptious nuggets when I helped him with his Pop-ups before the restaurant and Events after that. They're filled with Shitakes and Cultured Butter. This dish inspired me to move away from the heavy, cream based Sauces.
