The guys @ Nicky & Ants in Pottstown are nuts.
One is the Ramp Up:
-White garlic cream base
-Ramp + Walnut Pesto
-Guanciale
-Stracciatella
-Topped w/ Ramp Oil & Meyer lemon
The other is their classic Hot & Honey Pepperoni.
They were both just… magical.
