hosted a few friends this sunday for a couple of pizzas. i had a nice cheese pie that i forgot to take a picture of but i think it was a success overall. everyone liked it and i genuinely thought the pizzas were pretty sick. what do u guys think ?? 12-in 68% and 75% hydration dough baked at max temp for 6 mins on a pizza steel (preheated) + 2 min broil
