Ingredients
-Snapper (make sure it’s sashimi grade!)
-Lemon
-Olive oil
-Chilli
-Caper berries
-Flat leaf parsley
-Something to cover the fish eyes while you butcher it because it’s looking through your soul
-Chogochujang so you can enjoy one of the best perks of making sashimi, which is tasting before everyone else

Steps
1. Cut sashimi and plate in a line
2. Fine dice all ingredients and mix in lemon juice and olive oil
3. Drizzle over fish and top with capers
4. Enjoy with sake or a glass of white wine or for me, soju 🍶
